Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Territory Business Manager (TBM), where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. As a TBM, you will utilize your industry expertise to tailor custom solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Services, R&D, and Supply Chain, you'll be at the forefront of driving profitable market share within your assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge-based Selling Approach: Dive deep into customer needs, leveraging your product expertise to craft unique solutions. Regularly engage in discussions with customers and distributors to uncover new opportunities.

  • Consultative Approach: Quickly transition from prospect to problem-solving dialogue, closing sales with personalized insights rooted in the Sealed Air value proposition. Articulate the value of our product suite and cost of solutions effectively.

  • Market and Solution Knowledge: Demonstrate a keen understanding of sector/industry needs, economic drivers, and the full suite of Sealed Air Product Care Solutions. Clearly articulate this knowledge to end users and distributors.

  • Sales Planning and Growth: Develop a comprehensive plan for sales, profitability, and growth in the assigned geography, identifying strategies for driving profitable growth with existing and potential customers.

  • Account Maintenance: Provide exceptional support to maintain customer accounts by building relationships, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Sealed Air Product Care solutions.

  • Profitability Improvement: Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance account profitability, utilizing internal tools and delivering a market-priced selling strategy. Partner with Marketing to successfully launch new products and solutions.

  • Administrative Duties: Efficiently complete key administrative tasks, including pricing, CRM reporting, rebate and promotion coordination, customer relationship reporting, and budgeting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Ability to travel overnight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with CRM knowledge
