This role is for specialized support in the Outdoor Nursery and Grow House.
A Nursery Customer Associate that has a working knowledge of common house plants, outdoor annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs, and is comfortable working outdoors in all seasons. Nursery Associates contribute to driving sales by naturally engaging the customer on common interests of house plants, outdoor gardening, along with their care and maintenance. They uphold terrain’s four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform, and to appreciate our customer.

- SUPPORT PRODUCT FLOW: assists leadership team in receiving and placing new product; supports customer in-store, curbside, and local delivery
- AWARENESS: adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
