Terminal Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Terminal Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the efficient and effective management of our terminal facility. As a Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of terminal operations, including systems management, materials handling, and transportation management systems.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all terminal operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize terminal efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of terminal equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Lead a team of terminal staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, materials handling, and supply chain management
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Experience in e-commerce logistics is preferred
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
