Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble various parts of the tent according to our specifications and blueprints
-Carefully Carry and setup/ take down tables and chairs and table cloths to each jobs specifications.
- Use hand tools such as sledgehammers and ladders and other equipment to complete installations and take down with our careful instructions may be necessary, safety equipment will be provided for you.
- Ensure that installations are completed accurately and done in an efficient manner
- Test installed products to ensure proper functioning by double checking all ratchets, straps, and stakes before doing the final tidy up of the tent
-Clean tents and equipment with eco friendly vinegar solution and magic erasers to ensure our each customers gets the same elevated experience and keep tents dry at setup and take down.
- Clean off linens and spray with shout and lightly scrub any stains with a clean rag before putting them in the linen bags.
- Treat the customers and their property with respect and avoid leaving any messes behind.
-To Prevent any mold or mildew from forming, sometimes we will have to wait an extra day for weather to clear for take downs, and then do a careful cleaning of any dirt before wrapping up the tents but we setup rain or shine as events must go on so be prepared for hot days and wet days. We will make sure you are fed and have drinks throughout the day.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during installation and have a careful eye when double checking the installation to ensure the safety of the customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during installations and take downs to ensure safety of yourself, the rest of the staff and customers.
-Keep Equipment clean and organized correctly in bins and storage using our preferred methods In the truck and warehouse/Storage
-Never be afraid to ask a question
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in installation, construction, moving, or related field preferred but we are willing to start anyone off at our starting rate and as you learn your pay will increase as you adapt to our strategies and your efficiency and independence increases.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and simple layouts or technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- After proper training we expect you to have the Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a consistent level of excellence, While respecting and maintaining our equipments condition for future customers.
-Ability to follow instructions and copy our Standard Operating Protocols, we have spent many hours with setups creating systems that work and ensures the tents and equipment stay clean and safe for all of us during setup and for the customers, we will expect you to follow our setup methods exactly to maintain our high level of detail and aesthetic. We are always improving so if you have any suggestions we encourage you to share with us so we can discuss if they would improve our workflow and possibly add them to our setup and take down routines if they improve our current methods.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required, tent tops are 80-100 pounds and tables and chairs will need to be brought from the truck to the tent after most setups.

Which will be Mondays-Tuesdays and Thursdays-Fridays.
Salary: $24.40 - $38.60 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week depending on time of season

-Schedule:
-Typically 8-10 hour shifts Monday- Tuesday for setup and Thursday- Friday for Take down, we may have some work available on some weekends or Wednesdays for certain events, we will ask if you want to help ahead of time on those days for extra hours but you are not obligated to.
-Work days are flexible but please let us know at least 1 week ahead of time if you won’t be able to cover a shift
-Occasional Weekend work optional
Ability to Relocate:
Quincy, MA 02169: Relocate before starting work (Required) We will meet at our office in quincy or warehouse in pembroke in the mornings usually at 8:30-9 am and you can ride in our work truck to and from each job site.
