We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tenant/Landlord Attorney to join our team of motivated professionals.
The Tenant/Landlord Attorney is responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing for trials, and providing general legal support to our clients and senior attorneys. The Tenant/Landlord Attorney will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain practical legal experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations. Summarize findings and present them to senior attorneys for analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, pleadings, and agreements. Ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials, including organizing case files, researching relevant case precedents, and drafting trial-related documents.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates on case progress, and address any questions or concerns. Maintain professional and confidential client relationships.
- Assist senior attorneys in managing caseloads, including organizing and maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and managing document databases.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions alongside senior attorneys. Take notes, research relevant legal arguments, and assist with courtroom presentations.
- Stay up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to assigned practice areas. Inform senior attorneys about legal developments that may impact client matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to brainstorm strategies, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the legal team.
Minimum Requirements:
- ***At least 3+ years of Tenant/Landlord legal experience***
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; Juris Doctorate and successful completion of the Bar exam is required.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related mail operation services or CRM software applications.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal files, business correspondence and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and business correspondence; ability to speak effectively, both in person and by telephone, to customers or employees of the organization.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; ability to understand and interpret statistical reports, data charts and graphs.
Qualifications That Predict Success:
- Strong understanding of legal concepts, procedures, and terminology. Familiarity with legal research methods and resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend complex legal concepts and convey them clearly to clients.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate client records.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation: Salary range of $100,000 – $175,000 starting salary with performance-based incentives.
