As a TEN11 Grill Crew Member, you'll be instrumental in crafting delicious bowls, pitas, and salads for our valued customers, ensuring each dish is prepared with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Mediterranean-style dishes, including bowls, pitas, and salads.
- Take accurate customer orders and customize meals according to their preferences.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Keep your work area organized and tidy to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressure with ease.
- Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
