Temporary Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Temporary Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within our warehouse environment, including but not limited to receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping merchandise. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

General Responsibilities:

Receive deliveries and drop off deliveries.

Unload, sort, and label merchandise according to organizational standards.

Prepare orders for next day delivery.

Utilize equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.

Aid in preparation for inventory.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Follow safety protocols an guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks and meet productivity goals.

Communicate effectively with leadership and team members.

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to comfortably lift and carry heavy objects, sometimes up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise.

Organization and time management skills.

Adaptability to work in various conditions, including loud noises and temperature fluctuations.

A valid driver’s license and a non- c class license is a plus.

A reliable form of transportation. Not including public transit.

Duration: THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION expected to last about 6 weeks. For the correct candidate a permanent position may become available.
