The Temporary Service Coordinator's main responsibility will be training CTC’s HPBX voice customers on proper use of voice and hosted type services. The Temporary Service Coordinator is also responsible for working closely with the customer to ensure a great CTC experience with our CTC business solutions services. Attention to detail, communication, organizational skills, product knowledge, along with ongoing training will be an integral part to the success of this position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in prioritizing and organizing multiple work assignments along with the ability to be well organized and accept responsibility for and work under occasional stressful situations with frequent interruptions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. (Access & Visio a plus).
Education and Experience:
A.A. degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work. Requires a valid Minnesota Driver’s License with a good driving record.
