Position: Temporary Field Accountant Sr 80
Location: Whitinsville, Ma
Pay: $41.22
Under the direction of the Supervisor and the Working Leader the Field Accountant will work to ensure that all employees and vendors are paid correctly and timely. In addition, they will ensure that departmental paperwork is filed correctly to help meet the department's regulatory requirements.
Notify supervision of abnormal payroll closes due to holidays and other events.
Time and expense entry (SAP & CONCUR and/or other program(s) developed and adopted by the company) .
Invoice processing (SAP or other program(s) as developed and adopted by the company).
Manage employee Quota Buckets with Employee Services
Complete and file Disability Absence Reports.
Create and refill SAP Purchase Orders.
Utilize SAP GUI as SOBO/ROBO to order and receive (complete confirmations) of received services, create all types of shopping carts to procure goods and services on behalf of the department.
File DOT driver reports, job briefs, & other regulatory mandated documents.
Process, stamp, log and file construction prints for upcoming construction projects.
Actively help fellow represented employees seek resolution to issues with the Employee Services and Payroll.
Coordinate and pay for rentals through the use of PHH process and/or other rental equipment vendors.
Perform clerical duties as necessary.
Reconcile payment disputes with vendors by working with Employee Services and procurement agents to reach resolution.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Have legible handwriting and printing. Also, must communicate verbally, clearly and understandably.
Experience using SAP GUI as SOBO/ROBO to order and receive (complete confirmations) of received services, create all types of shopping carts to procure goods and services on behalf of the department.
Must demonstrate proficiency with the use of electronic devices such as laptop computers, smart phones, tablets, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office365.
Subject to scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Comply with Employee Safety Handbook and environmental regulations including safe work practices.
