This position is a Temporary, full-time Bookkeeper role working in office for a Property Management Service company that provides multiple services for their clients! This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for a short term opportunity, able to start asap, and is an expert at QuickBooks Desktop.
Some of the Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts payable and receivable functions
- Journal entries
- Account reconciliations
- Cut checks, do deposits, and maintain daily upkeep of books
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm (flexible on start time)
Pay: $24-$27/hr
Qualified Experience Desired:
- 3+ years recent experience in a bookkeeping role
- Excellent QuickBooks desktop knowledge
- AP/AR experience
- Payroll experience a PLUS
Location: Tempe, AZ (this is an in office role)
