Montgomery College, Art Department, is currently looking for female and male models for Figure classes (Figure Drawing, Figure Sculpture, and Figure Painting).
Job Summary:
- Models will work during the academic semester.
- Hours will vary depending on semester, course schedules and model availability.
- Hours are flexible. 6 to 24 hrs per week.
- Position is for modeling in “Life” classes only- nude models are used for 95% of the schedule.
- Models are critical and integral to our figure classes.
- We are looking for responsible employees with a professional attitude, who understand the importance of their work.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior experience working as an Art Model is preferred but not required.
- Female models of all ages and all body types are encouraged to apply.
- Currently our model list is predominantly male. While we are looking for female models at this time, male models are encouraged to apply as well.
As a condition of employment, the following are required at the time of hire:
- Successful completion of a background check and degree verification (if applicable).
- For international degrees, you must provide US degree equivalency verified by a nationally recognized credential evaluation service.
