This company is a leader in property emergency services. They help both residential and commercial customers overcome damage caused by water, fire and other emergencies. This particular project will be taking place at the Multnomah County Courthouse. They are a professional, yet laid back team.
This is a full-time, temporary role that is expected to last 10 weeks, but may extend depending on needs. You'll be supporting the Project Managers with a variety of administrative tasks in one of four areas such as data entry, scheduling vendors, light bookkeeping or supply management. Plus, you'll have regular overtime.
Temporary Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Verifying invoices, receipts or employee timecards
- Scheduling delivery of supplies
- Regular use of a computer
- Minimum 6 months previous administrative experience
- Proficient with Excel and/or Google sheets
- Monday- Friday 7am-5pm
- Some Saturdays as needed
