The Personal Banker role requires providing excellent customer service to build relationships and promote InFirst Bank products and services. Personal Bankers will open deposit accounts, handle teller transactions, and resolve customer service issues. The Personal Banker role normally requires 2 or more years of Teller or Retail Banking experience. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
