Interested in a career in a financial institution? CEFCU currently has full-time Member Service Representative I/Teller position. Please note: Individuals hired for this role are required to attend a minimum of two weeks in training, which is located at 670 Lincoln Avenue, San Jose, CA 95126.

The hourly rate of pay for new hires is $22.61/hour.

Scheduled Hours:

• Monday – Thursday from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Saturday from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Must be available to work most Saturdays, with a day off during the week)
• Sunday - Generally scheduled off

Responsibilities and Duties
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assists with performing member transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, address changes, account opening, etc.
• Developing, strengthening, and deepening member relationships.
• Creating loyalty by exceeding member expectations.
• Identifying member needs and selling the appropriate products and/or services.
• Contributing to business objectives through exceptional performance.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of cash handling, sales, and operations
• Must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS)
