Teller – Entry-Level

Scott Credit Union is calling all customer service professionals who are interested in a Part-time Teller position in the O'Fallon, IL area to apply to join our amazing O'Fallon Branch! This role is a great stepping stone for upward mobility within Scott Credit Union. This Teller position works Monday – Saturday, with varied hours and schedule depending on operational needs.

The Day to Day as a Teller

Tellers are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are the first, and often only face our members see. A typical day will look like:

• Providing customer service to SCU members
• Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc., efficiently, and accurately in person, by telephone, or by mail
• Operating on-line teller terminal, accurately recording amounts received, and preparing reports of transactions
• Educating members on SCU products and services
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with members

To Be Considered, You’ll Need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Personal computer experience, including Microsoft Office products

• The typical pay range for this role is: $15.00 - $19.50 hourly
