Teletherapy - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw, Lcsw-C, Licsw)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing mental health counseling and support to individuals in need. Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual counseling and therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns
- Offer addiction counseling and support for individuals struggling with substance abuse
- Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy to promote positive change
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health disorders and develop appropriate interventions
- Lead group therapy sessions to foster peer support and encourage personal growth
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes

Experience:
- Must hold a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker
- Prior experience in providing PTSD care, addiction counseling, and mental health counseling is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies and interventions for various mental health conditions
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
