Form of workGDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Telephony Site Surveyor in the Hershey, PA area.
The Telephony Site Surveyor is responsible for documenting and reporting on the telecom and network setups at multiple locations. This is a short term contract position.
Responsibilities
- As a Telephony Site Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in documenting and analyzing the network setup within a healthcare environment.
- Analyze complex network setups for accurate documentation and process improvement.
- Ensure meticulous and precise documentation of all aspects of the network setup while maintaining data accuracy.
- Produce clear, concise, and well-organized documentation for stakeholder understanding.
- Create comprehensive documents as references for the leadership team.
- Documenting and reporting the number and location of phones, computers, cables, ports, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Advanced training in the field
- Experience in Telecommunications/MDU
- Experience with the principles and practices of fiber specific projects, network deployments and related fields
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to travel within a 25 mile radius to different locations around Hershey, PA.
- Telephony background preferred
