Overview
We are looking for a Telephonic Triage Director to join our team. This position will directly report to the AVP Care Coordination and is responsible for managing Triage operations and oversight of Triage leadership. The Telephonic Triage Director is to assess data and metrics routinely, maintain appropriate staffing, pull, and prepare reporting for both operational and field purposes, ensure efficient and effective day to day operations, participate in the planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising of all triage functions, monitoring, and ensuring optimal productivity and performance expectations are met.

About You
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years supervisor experience in a hospice setting
- Experience in development of policies and training material
- Experience to hire, train and mentor staff in a remote environment
- Working knowledge of call center / triage metrics and systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to refine leadership/management skills through identification and associated coaching
