Telemedicine Mid-Level Provider- Primary Care-HRT Self Inject Consults-Georgia

SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the Georgia area. Must be licensed in Georgia!

SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' and womens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men and Women (self-inject) weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for ANS and Primary Care.

Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a very unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company.

The PA or NP needs to have:

• Sound medical decision making abilities
• Quality patient relationship skills
• Active GA NP or PA state license in good standing
• No current or pending malpractice law suits
• Current DEA License

Training is for 2 full weeks in Houston, Texas. All travel accommodations are fully paid for and all training is paid out at the hourly rate.
