Telemarketer

Summary/Objective:

We are looking for a determined and energetic Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to help us grow our business! The Telemarketer/Appointment Setter will make outbound calls to potential customers to share information about our company and explain how our products and services can enhance their facilities. The Telemarketer/Appointment Setter’s ultimate goal will be to increase the volume of sales calls/appointments that result in a closed and won outcome.

The opportunity is open to remote work or in office, whichever is preferred.

Essential Functions:

1. Conduct sales and marketing calls and knowledge of sales techniques.
2. Provide qualified lead appointments to Sales team for proposal opportunities.
3. Maintain list of upcoming RFP’s company should be participating or considering participating in.
4. Maintenance of CRM system to include data tracking.
5. Assist with sales presentations and proposal development.
6. Provide productive feedback on materials and approach.
