Peraton requires Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) Facilitators to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3. Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract
(SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide
USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs),
and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network
Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and
common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate 24x7x365.
AV/VTC Facilitators require excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software and network connections. VTC Facilitators must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in VTC bridges, hands-on experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC end points, as well as experience setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards etc.) AV/VTC Facilitators shall provide setup services and other A/V services required to support USSOCOM, Component Command, and TSOC events.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Planning, designing, setting up, configuring, operating, debugging, and removing A/V equipment required to support large meetings and forums both within Government facilities or remote locations.
Periodically setup and test A/V equipment used to support large meetings in order to verify its functionality. - Documenting any failures discovered during the testing process and delivering a detailed report to the appropriate Government entity listing those failures with recommendations for addressing them.
- Recommending lifecycling upgrades and improvements to A/V equipment used for large meetings and implement once approved by the appropriate Government entity.
- Scheduling, de-conflicting, and coordinating VTC room usage
Supporting end user training and troubleshooting
Troubleshooting hardware and network and bridge connectivity issues - Supporting AV requirements for Command events and ceremonies.
- Some positions may require shift work and/or an ability to work a non-standard work schedule to support the USSOCOM mission

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- HS 4-5 Years
- At least four years of experience supporting and troubleshooting AV/VTCs equipment in Government environment, as well as troubleshooting and fixing AV/VTC hardware and software.
- A minimum of a DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
Target Salary Range
$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
