*Support engineer - troubleshooting tickets.
*4-5 years of hands-on experience - production support experience
*Amdocs Operational Support Systems; incident/problem management
*L1-L2 Triage experience
*OSS/BSS experience
*Order Management, OM or Order Block
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
