The Call Center Operator is responsible for providing communication services for the hospital.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Operate an intelligent, multi-line phone console system
- Process in-coming, out-going, and inter-facility calls
- Appropriately utilize the over-head paging system in response to codes and alarms
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to each caller
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
