Requirements
- Responsible for maintaining the Mobility infrastructure, so that it meets the needs of the business and SLA's
- Evaluate, test, and deploy all mobility upgrades to the infrastructure
- Perform a wide range of mobility support duties on servers including install, debug, maintain, upgrade, and general support
- Monitor mobile, applications and services using a combination of tools to meet business needs and SLA's
- Assist in developing, implementing, testing and maintaining mobile level disaster recovery plans
- Research, evaluate and recommend system technologies to support business requirements
- Interface with vendors for procurement maintenance of all Mobile infrastructures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging mobile tools and technologies
- Interact with department employees and management, branch employees and managers, and other support operation departments with the company to help resolve routine issues
- Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the policy and assigned approval limits
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred or 1-3 years related experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of installations, upgrades and troubleshooting of Windows BES Server
- Knowledge of Mobile products. Active sync, BES, Goodlink
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to research solve complex issues independently
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
- Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
