Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
- 15+ years of VoIP experience, with past CCNA voice, and CCIE (written) exams passed.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in the implementation and support of the Core VoIP systems at the City's datacenters.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in supporting and maintaining Avaya infrastructures.
- Support of the Core VoIP systems at the City's datacenters.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in the implementation of call center features
- AudioCodes Certified Associate
- Webex Contact Center Expert
- CCNA/CCNP Collaboration Certification
- Experience with VoIP and Video protocols: SIP, SS7, RTP, TLS, SCCP, H.323, H.264 and MGCP
- Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Utility Connection (CUC), Emergency Responder (CER), Instant Messaging & Presence (IM&P)
- Experience with Cisco UCCE/PCCE design, implementation, signaling and operations
- Experience troubleshooting of Cisco Voice Gateways, using both PRI and SIP circuit deployments.
