Job Description
Responsibilities: Configure, maintain and repair desktop and laptop computer systems, iPads, printers and associated peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve user reported problems with applications, printing, basic network connectivity and Internet access. Provide first tier in person and telephone support to local and remote users. Maintain computer, iPad, and peripheral and software inventory. Assist other IT team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Team Leader or Technology Director.

Communication Skills
o Excellent written and verbal skills
o Ability to understand complex technical information and address the needs of a non-technical audience
Technical Skills
o Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS, Mac OS), Google Apps, MS Office applications, web browsers and related educational software
o Hardware repair skills (PC and peripherals)
o Excellent troubleshooting skills
o Desire to learn and grow
o Must be a good team player
o A+ Certification considered a plus
Interpersonal Skills
o Ability to work in a team environment
o Experience in an educational environment a plus
o Ability to interact with all district staff members in a courteous manner
