Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:
- Required Experience 12 – 15 years in operations engagements with 3+ years running Service Delivery Technology.
- Voice Over IP, Unified Communications, Cisco Collaboration, Avaya Unified communication, MS Teams
- Manages and oversees multiple complex Unified Communication implementation projects.
- Reviews external customer needs and works with team to align project plans, implementation schedules
- Experience in managing relationships with senior client leaders, service levels and escalations.
- Active participation in architecture review and governance review meetings.
- Displays complex problem management skills and consultative mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for collaboration with team members and clients
- Building and managing high performance teams.
- Strong in project management and organizational change management
- Liaise with client stakeholders on services, products and processes.
- Taking ownership of customers issues and works with team through to resolution.
- Designing and implementing complex Cisco Unified Communications solutions with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Instant Messaging and Presence (Jabber), WebEx etc.
