UniversaCare is seeking to hire a Technology Intern
Start Date: Immediately
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting software-related issues.
- Monitor software performance and optimize efficiency and issues for the team.
- Participate in software updates and patch management, ensuring timely implementation.
- Research new technologies and software solutions that may be beneficial to the organization.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve existing processes or develop new products.
- Work closely with team members to develop and implement proof-of-concept projects based on innovative ideas.
- Document and present findings on innovative ideas and projects to the team.
- Create robots and automations to eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Manage access to company files and constantly improving file system.
- Management and tracking of equipment.
Qualifications
Current college student or recent graduate
Major in IT or demonstrated experience with technology.
