Technology Coordinator - Help Desk And Tech Support

We Guide, You Grow LLC is recruiting a Technology Coordinator for a trucking company in the Pittsburgh area. The candidate will provide comprehensive hardware and software support on all technology systems including, but not limited to PCs, printers, mobile devices, scanners, and telephones.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Provide telephone, email, chat, and in-person support to on-site and remote workers.

· Maintain and install technology for corporate and off-site locations.

· Identifies and investigates end user information technology strategies to support the business objectives.

· Explores, documents, and recommends to management new methods and/or systems which when implemented would improve performance.

· Working with SIP-based VolP

· Dealing with network/internet providers/troubleshooting as well as ordering new services.

· Troubleshooting end-user issues.

· Designing and implementing small to medium IP networks

· Training end-users in the use of technology, including in large classroom settings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Microsoft On-Premise Active Directory; Cisco; Meraki.

· Associated degree or equivalent experience required.

· 2+ years in a technical service desk role preferred.

· Technical certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft)

· Must have strong communication skills, computer hardware, network, and mobile device troubleshooting skills.

· Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be organized and able to maximize efficiency to provide excellence service.

SALARY:

$50,000 TO $55,000
