For GS-12:Specialized Experience: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience using the Federal Rules of Civil or Criminal Procedure related to electronic discovery (eDiscovery) and/or the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) to handle eDiscovery workflows in litigation, FOIA and/or other eDiscovery matters; experience conducting document reviews, responding to discovery requests, assisting with trial preparation and trial presentation support; specialized software knowledge including demonstrated competency in one or more of the following applications: Concordance; Everlaw; CasePoint, Clearwell; Ringtail; Recommind; Relativity; Catalyst; Case Logistics; ViewPoint; Nuix; Equivio; Legal Access Ware (LAW); and/or iPro. Non-industry specific software knowledge including Adobe Acrobat; MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel); MS Outlook; MS SharePoint; Microsoft Purview Standard/Premium; NotePad++; UltraEdit; RoboCopy; BeyondCompare; and/or web browsers. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
