Sign off and release final report according to department standards Monitor all operational systems and handle problems effectivelyJob Responsibilities: Mark and define abnormal in HPM according to account protocol Update status codes in HPM Provide paperwork to clerical staff to document failures Handle customer service inquiries Maintain clinical skills through training as necessary Meet or exceed the minimum department productivity expectations Load STAT requests or reanalyze files as needed Answer telephone when clerical staff is busy Demonstrate expertise in all computer systems within testing operations Acquire and maintain the required CCI certification Must be detail-oriented with effective verbal, written communication, along with excellent people skillsEducation and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required College level science or healthcare related coursework preferred Equivalent work experience preferred Successful completion of RCS QA training course and proficiency exams with a passing grade of 85% or better Maintain monthly audit score of 90% or better Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of arrhythmias Certified as CRAT or CCT through CCIPhysical Demands:The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
