WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Technician I, you will work hand-in-hand with the Project Teams while focusing on deadlines. The Technician I Associate is organized, detail-oriented and possesses strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with various teams within the Business Incentives department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The BI Account Technician I works hand-in-hand with the Business Incentives Department providing administrative and Data Entry support. The Technician I interacts with various teams across all departments and assists with client communication and Data Entry and manipulation as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with team members on large- and small-scale projects.
• Catalog all inbound documentation using outlined company protocols.
• Perform all aspects of inbound, case management, application submission, application follow up and other support per the specified deadlines.
• Review and accurately input high volumes of client payroll data into Excel and other programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of eligible tax credit applications.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, including a friendly attitude, empathy towards internal/external stakeholders, patience, and a sense of urgency.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities.
• Willingness to change to meet organizational needs.
• Ability to process and maintain confidentiality while processing sensitive data.
• Ability to recognize when an incident needs to be escalated.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics preferred, but not required.
• 1 year experience in a similar job function.
