Technician Dispatcher

Our Dispatchers directly impact the lives our those we serve and support our company by:

• excellent communication and strong prioritization skills.
• efficiently scheduling and coordinating our service calls as they are received and dispatched out to our technicians
• ensure live time technician workflows are being followed using team communication software
• debrief with technicians on how the calls went and updating them on what is next.

This position will enjoy a full-time schedule and a casual and fun work environment with a comprehensive benefits package including:
Hours: 11:30AM - 8:00PM Monday - Friday (rotating on call also required on weekends)
Location: Bloomington, MN
Requirements

• must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment and atmosphere
• Work well under pressure
• be able to multi-task
• have exceptional communication skills (especially by phone)
• all staff must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
