We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Engage in HSE Training.
- Identifies and controls non-conforming material.
- Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
- Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
Teamwork
- Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance.

Experience
Minimal or no work experience required.
Employee has great attendance. Employee follows safety procedures and makes sure the workspace is fit to work in from a safety standpoint. Employee ensures a safe and clean work environment.
Employee puts the customer first by building quality engines and making sure to follow all fail-safing procedures. Employee follows all work procedures and does it an efficient way as expected. Minimal number of over cycles by the employee along with constant will to improve is seen. Regular feedback provided by the employee to the manager/CLT.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
