YOUR IMPACT
Can you explain technical product capabilities clearly and concisely? JSCAPE's Managed File Transfer (MFT) software enables users to design and maintain transfers between endpoints, providing support for multiple secure protocols. MFT solutions often provide additional features and capabilities that are not available for traditional FTP servers, such as DMZ streaming, workflow automation and network scanning.

• Lead customer-focused content strategy development and execution beyond the user manual.
• Bring creativity to the team by exploring alternative content and communication mechanisms.
• Take initiative to improve the customer experience through content changes.
• Adopt customer views and create content that explains how to apply the product to their needs.
• Use key metrics to track content performance.
• Install and test new features and enhancements before documenting changes.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Experience using MadCap (Flare, Capture, and Central) to write, revise, format, and publish technical content.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage projects, tasks, and internal documentation.
• Experience designing, planning, and delivering content that meets the needs of a technical audience.
• Comfortable working directly with teams of software engineers and product managers.
• Experience with file transfer concepts and features.
• BA/BS degree or higher (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Leads by example and demonstrates Redwood's Core Values every day.
