As our Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain and setup computer workstations and telephone equipment
- Maintain server technologies for in-office and remote end users
- Maintain a professional work ethic and conduct
- Troubleshoot Windows/Mac computers, VOIP phones and other technology
- Working with both physical and digital infrastructure
- Assisting software developers with integration
- Assist in the oversight of the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Assist in the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficiency with installation and troubleshooting of Windows operating system-Familiarity with Mac is a plus
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting process-CompTIA+ certification is a plus
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting tasks and responsibilities with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Work experience in IT is preferred, but not required
- Education in IT is preferred, but not required
- Experience with any of the following: Windows Server, Exchange Server, Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Networking equipment, Firewalls, Hyper-V, Linux, VNC and VoIP software
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
WORK SCHEDULE
The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position will work in-office at our St. George location.
