We are seeking a personable Technical Support Specialist to provide support to our sales representatives and customers!
The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with Windows and Android operating systems, systems networking, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Sequel Server; our ideal candidate Is NOT required to have a college degree.
This is a hybrid remote-based position with some traveling to job sites locally, therefore we will not consider any candidate that is not located in Western Washington.
The first three months of this position will be as a contractor, but you will graduate to full employment with benefits after the probationary period.
Compensation:$48,000
Responsibilities:- Provide Technical Support to customers, either remotely or on-site, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networking equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strong familiarity with Windows and Android operating systems, systems networking, MOS and MSQLS.
- Customer facing experience and definable technical experience.
- Technical proficiency in diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Adequate transportation and flexible availability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to travel to job sites locally as required.
