Job Description:
Serves as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the End User Computing team. A qualified candidate will have experience supporting iPads, navigating the Intune console, and making configuration changes under the guidance of Intune administrators. Experience working with ServiceNow is preferred. Strong customer service skills are required. This is not a IT Service Desk position. Candidate will be working directly with system administrators and business stakeholders, proactively identifying and remediating issues.
Responsibilities
- The IT Support Technician is expected to provide Technical Support for any issue reported within Corporate standards.
- Collaborate with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune
- Utilize the Intune console to assist with managing iPads
- Serve as primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof of concept exercise
- Perform duties as requested by management.
- Consistently document and troubleshoot any reported issue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the IT department.
- Develop and maintain understanding of Corporate and IT policies and procedures.
- Develop good verbal and written communication skills.
- Develop “creative thinking” in troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop solid customer service and follow-up skills.
- Comply with defined ITIL processes.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
