FibroPool is currently seeking a friendly, technical, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a remote Technical Support Representative. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the face of FibroPool, providing exceptional support to our valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our Pool Equipment products. Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to assist with inquiries, product-related questions, and Technical Support
- Provide accurate information about our Pool Equipment products, including pumps, filters, and other accessories, to help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive resolution for the customer
- Process customer orders and returns efficiently, while maintaining accurate records in our database
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and shipping departments to ensure customers' orders are processed and delivered promptly
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers with their needs better
- Maintain a friendly and empathetic attitude towards customers, creating a positive experience for every interaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a technically-focused customer service/Technical Support role
- Experience in one of the following or a similar hands-on, technical field: HVAC maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or swimming Pool Equipment service
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software (Zoho experience is a plus)
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to providing top-notch customer experiences
- Ability to assist in the development of Technical Support content, including documentation, step-by-step tutorials, and internal technical documents
- Availability from 8AM to 5PM Central Time, Monday-Friday
