We are 100% focused on backup and disaster recovery. While our focus is backup and recovery, we provide a wide range of expertise to our clients to support their various on-premises systems and public cloud data. Imagine failing over an entire organization to our virtual data center and the networking, firewall, remote access, and testing that needs to be performed to ensure a successful outcome for the client. We must interact with very diverse systems and client needs which makes for a challenging, but rewarding work environment that will expose you to a myriad of different technologies.

Job Proposition

· Are you a Systems Engineer with a fundamental understanding of networking, storage, or virtualization technologies?

· Our team is looking for a tier 1 engineer who’s ready to grow their career while helping us continue to build a best-in-class cloud service that will allow us to scale our backup and DR services and expand our national and global reach.

· As a member of this core team, you will work with highly talented and motivated systems and Support Engineers to provide foundational Technical Support to our clients, many of whom are system administrators of corporate IT systems.

· We measure completed work, not hours worked. You will be held accountable based on completed project and task delivery.

Job Description

· You will help monitor and support our customers and our internal infrastructure.

· You will engage with clients as a tier 1 resource to help identify and report problems.

· You will be on the front lines of Technical Support, with an impressive team of other engineers to assist you.

· Technical support is provided to the system administrators of our clients – not end user support.

· You will be provided with a path for advancement and growth based on your performance.

Previous project experience

· You have a fundamental understanding of how to setup a simple IP LAN.

· You will have a foundation in IP networking such as VLANs, routing, subnetting, firewalls, and packet captures.

· You will be able to successfully interact with clients.
