Blancco Technology Group is looking for a bright Technical Support Analyst to provide enterprise level technical software/hardware support to our customers via phone, web, email, and other support channels as required. The ideal candidate should have the ability to support multi-platform environments, including server, desktop, mobile, storage and virtual environments.  The candidate should also have a strong understanding of IT environments, including Networking, AD and Administrator functions. 

 


Required Skills:


  • Strong customer support, with a strong attention to detail combined with a keen focus on providing a best-in-class customer support experience.
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Experience in the design and support of servers, PC, MAC, storage devices, VM, desktops, mobile devices, networks and DB.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internal and external.
  • Ability to work well in both team and silo environments.

 


Responsibilities:


  • Identify, capture and troubleshoot customer issues via phone and helpdesk, within defined SLA’s.
  • Manage multiple customers and requests on a varying level of priority.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to provide excellent technical and customer service.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to facilitate issue resolution and trend identification.
  • Recognize and initiate issue escalations on behalf of customers in order to meet commitments, including working directly with Senior Support Engineers.
  • Develop best practice and technical knowledge articles to support Blancco Technology Group's continuous KB improvement efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Required education: Bachelor's or Associates with past experience
Job Location: Lehi, Utah (In office full time for the first 6 to 9 months, than moving to a Hybrid model)*
