We are seeking dedicated Technical Support Analysts to join our client's dynamic team in New York, NY. Ideal candidates possess a blend of problem-solving and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to provide top-notch technical assistance and end-user support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level Technical Support for Home Office and Field hardware, software, applications, and networks.
- Resolve issues presented to the Service Desk through analysis and research.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective problem-solving and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Technical Support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technologies.
