What we're looking for:

The Technical Solution Lead is responsible for overall Technical Solution delivery of assigned projects and business development efforts. The Lead will craft the vision for the implementation of the technology work stream which includes all facets from architecture planning, solution structure, infrastructure, integration platforms and processes, and data management and migration /deployment. This role has a breadth of knowledge across the technical landscape and is familiar with all technical assets from infrastructure through software and understanding how they solve business problems. The Technical Solution Lead is also responsible for the architectural approach within the vision of the enterprise architect for all technical components of the solution. The Lead will be responsible for the quality and delivery of all technical deliverables and leading overall projects or critical work streams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop functional requirements through an agile or lean process and create functional and non-functional requirements specifications, including scalability, security, and reliability requirements
• Develop and maintain software architecture technical specifications, and guide software development in conformance with architecture specifications within the guidelines and vision of the enterprise architect
• Drive the implementation and delivery of impactful software, coordinating with stakeholders and other technical teams to push solutions to end users.
• Lead the software development team in continuous improvement and standardization of the development process
• Work with third party software vendors and develop technical expertise in essential 3rd party software systems and guide software development teams' collaboration with software development support from these vendors
• Assist leadership, consulting teams, and project management teams to understand and deploy the software solutions, through technical briefings and on-site meetings
• Build necessary security features into solution architecture with the help and guidance of enterprise architecture and security groups
• As a management position the Technical Solution Lead will conduct quarterly reviews for bonus performance for each of the full-time employees on his/her team
• The Technical Solution Lead will also conduct annual evaluations and reviews for each of the full-time employees on his/her team
• The Technical Solution Lead will monitor and audit time tracking adherence within the time tracking processes for all developers.

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven and demonstrated experience architecting, leading development, and delivering to market one or more enterprise or consumer centric software solutions
• Experience in leading efforts on large-scale integration projects involving multiple software components, agencies/departments, stakeholders
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Extensive leadership experience in implementing systems migration and integration to disparate platforms including data migration preferred
• Demonstrated experience in design, modeling development, integration, and deployment of software solutions with multi-vendor 3rd party component systems preferred
• Expertise and experience in implementing multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS and PaaS solutions preferred.
• Experience in delivery of software using an Agile methodology, Scrum preferred
• Working knowledge or experience of technologies and tools such as Git, MongoDB, SQL, C#, .Net 6, Messaging, API's, etc.
