Summary:

The Technical Sales Engineer is primarily responsible for increasing revenue growth of the company by driving all company sales revenue goals. Re-Systems Group Americas is a growth minded and exciting waterproofing technology company. This position has unlimited growth and potential.

Position:

The Technical Sales Engineer is a key member of the team. Developing and growing sales will be a key duty of this position. In addition to this will be supporting business development, marketing, new product development, and strategic planning for the organizations. The Technical Sales Engineer will report directly to the President and work closely with the Operations team to continuously develop and grow the business and sales process. This is achieved by directing the company’s sales efforts while proactively building new relationships. Secondary responsibilities include assisting the general operations of the company. The ability to travel 30%-50% is required. General construction knowledge, specific technical application procedures, waterproofing/roofing industry knowledge, and technical product knowledge will be essential for success.

General description of job duties and responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the corporation

· Creating accountability in the organization to sales goals and procedures

· Manage sales team and build rep team to expand sales of the product line.

· Maintain relationships and build new customer relationships through active solicitation utilizing social media corporate ie-CRM with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;

· Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies, sales support procedures for contractor licensing, warranty servicing and sales rep training;

· Support Distributor sales channel and liaison with distribution

· Find new products and business to sell in new channels ie- “retail”

· Assist support all duties and requests from the President

· General understand detail drawings, architectural and engineering

· Understand bidding and estimating process for securing profitable for contractors

· Assist marketing with the development of print collateral, advertising, website and promotional materials

· Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets

· Negotiate the terms of a agreements and close sales

· Gather market and customer information and fit customer need with product solutions

· Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

· Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers

· Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions

· Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and needs

· Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations

General Compensation:

The initial base salary for this position will start from $65,000/year. Salary changes are based on the overall performance of the company and individual performance. A commission plan will be in addition to the salary based on sales target and profit. Total first year target compensation projected along with individual performance bonus plan is $120,000+ combined if company sales goals are achieved. The projected compensation and growth of this position is directly in proportion to the overall revenues and profit of the company.

Other benefits will include health and dental benefits after 90 days of employment, lap top computer, cell phone allowance, and incidental sales and marketing reimbursement.
