We are looking to fill a Technical Recruiter opening in our Stoughton, MA office. This position identifies current and future hiring needs for our many clients. You will utilize multiple channels to post job listings, actively recruit new and referred candidates, all with the goal of building positive work relationships with both clients and employees. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. On-Target Earnings of $70,000+ in your first year!

Job Duties:

• Provide professional recruiting for contract & permanent jobs within Engineering, Manufacturing & Distribution fields
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including candidate discovery, candidate screening, assessment, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, follow up, final offer negotiations, and finalization of job orders (scheduling drug screens and background checks, performing reference checks, etc.)
• Identify candidates from internet sourcing (LinkedIn, Google, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc.), internal applicant tracking system and referrals; Uncover passive top talent and engage in conversations to spark interest in specific positions
• Conduct preliminary interviews via phone, skype or in person to qualify candidates for possible job opportunities
• Administer and review various types of documentation
• Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver excellent customer service in establishing professional relationships; Develop and maintain excellent rapport with candidates and clients
