The ideal Sr. Technical Recruiter will possess:
- Minimum of 3 yr. technical recruiting experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- A competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- "Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests.
- Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
- Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit with a metrics-driven mindset!
- Please note this is not a corporate Human Resources position!
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or information systems (preferred).
