Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: You will be the architect of our success.

· Lead project planning, scoping, and budgeting efforts.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.

· Allocate and manage project resources effectively.

• Stakeholder Communication: Transparent and Collaborative

· Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

· Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Risk Management: Proactive

· Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

· Proactively address any issues that may impact project success.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Quality Assurance: Exceeding Excellence

· Implement and oversee quality control processes.

· Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.

· Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures.

• Team Leadership: Clear Vision and Collaboration

· Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams.

· Set clear expectations and provide guidance to team members.

· Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Documentation and Reporting: Continuous Improvement

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

· Prepare regular reports on project progress, including KPIs and metrics.

· Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

• Knowledge and Experience: Help and Build

· Be knowledgeable of information technology happenings and e commerce.

· Help with store builds and manage external vendors and partners.

· Use your technology knowledge in moving projects quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills:

· Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

· Familiarity with the Branding Industry a plus

· Familiarity with NetSuite, Magento and e-commerce is helpful.

· A background in technology, software engineering and web-commerce development a plus.
