What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this role you will build and improve Project Management processes and methodologies for the program management office to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer needs.
Coordinate business processes:
- Coordination and participation in business reviews.
- Preparation of discussions (information gathering, construction of slides, time keeping) in order to ensure appropriate level of accuracy while respecting benchmarks
Manage projects:
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-focused work efforts.
- Responsible for end-to-end Project Management, including project intake, initiation, planning and scheduling, managing and oversight of work efforts daily, reporting and coordination with other projects.
- Coordination with various project managers, workstream leads, and subject matter experts from functions including finance, engineering, manufacturing, quality and process development.
- Monitoring the progress of projects relative to others, and other constraints
- Responsible for tracking key project turning points and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
The profile:
- Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and organizational change techniques.
- You anticipate and plan and know how to manage ambiguity in a diverse and changing environment.
- You are an excellent communicator and use date to present cogent options; can steer multidisciplinary teams toward desired outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of Project Management experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Project Management experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 8 years of Project Management experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Project Management experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
