Day to Day
Defining metrics for the robotics supply chain – need someone to lead the project – looking at list of metrics (10-12) and help move the productions along on metrics (look at each, look at what we want to get to, and the roadmap to get there)
Metrics vary at different maturity levels – ex: on time delivery for suppliers (Multiple issue s within system preventing them from being where they need to be)
Need documentation on barriers and then drive results
Work w/ different business partners for requirements,
Create BRDs, push requirements with right IT partners
Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting the organization by managing our current project roadmap, working with requestors on requirements, and acting as the point of contact for the IT team for various projects and initiatives.
The projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of performance, availability, and reliability. You will act as a bridge between RSC and QTS.
Other responsibilities include process improvements to our intake processes and other continuous improvement projects.
The TPM will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
We are kicking of a large-scale Supply Chain Systems Initiative and the TPM will be involved in coordinating the requirements from our current roadmap into the project as it applies, and maintaining the "run the business list. " You will have the opportunity to make an impact on projects from inception to delivery.
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science (or related field) plus 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required
- Knowledge in data visualization, Tableau, Quicksight is a plus.
- Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in a fast-paced organization
- A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
- Ability to work the business side of projects to drive the deployment of new products
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Should be familiar with Oracle EBS.
