Technical Program Manager Iii

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with engineering leads to set goals, direction, and strategy for the data collection and processing. Translating goals into plans; building out tasks, timelines, and project management structures for teams. Analyze technology readiness, resource needs, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects while balancing team priorities.
• Collaborate with data customers (computer vision/machine learning teams) to understand data and data systems needs, and drive project goals and requirements.
• Keeping partners and stakeholders informed and involved. Being able to represent your program at a deep level throughout the org, to be able to build the appropriate communication channels both within and outside the team to effectively communicate risks and mitigation plans.
• Setting and maintaining expectations. Ensuring the team has a unified clear vision, understood goals, and expectations of progress.
• Keeping the team unblocked and effective. Ensuring team members are able work at their highest potential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of program management experience including task tracking, dependency management and cross-group collaboration experience.
• Experience leading a team from concept to completion of a program.
• Communication/presentation ability through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and a focus on continuous improvement
• Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data and/or data collection systems
• Experience with machine learning and computer vision processes
• Experience working with a cross-disciplinary team of researchers, software engineers and hardware engineers
• Building data volume projection based on a number of factors

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
